Over the past decade, I've been at a leading global negotiation consultancy, The Gap Partnership, partnering with many of the largest Fortune 500 companies in their negotiation needs. That's where I earned my negotiation certification and gained hands-on experience supporting negotiations involving tens of millions of dollars-including deals that quietly shape the everyday conveniences most of us never think twice about.

Today, I bring that same mindset to real estate. The strategy, preparation, and discipline I've spent years developing now go into representing my clients through what is often one of the biggest-and most emotional-financial decisions they'll ever make.
My path into real estate certainly wasn't a straight line. After college, I chased a lifelong goal of playing professional soccer in Europe. That meant moving from country to country, tryout to tryout, living out of hostels and suitcases, and learning how to stay focused when nothing felt certain. Though what began as a pursuit of professional soccer gave me something far greater-My wife, who I met in Poland, and our now three children.

Soccer shaped how I operate today. It taught me resilience, preparation, teamwork, and how to stay steady under pressure. Most importantly, it taught me how to be comfortable when things feel uncomfortable-something that sits at the heart of every negotiation. In real estate, discomfort is inevitable and how it's handled often determines the outcome. My role is to manage that on behalf of my clients and negotiate with clarity and confidence when it matters most.

My roles is simple -understanding my client's goals, protecting their interests, and uncovering every opportunity in a purchase or sale. Real estate keeps my professional skills sharp, but negotiating with my kids every day is what keeps me on my toes!
